Your child can start any day of the month based on availability in their assigned classroom. Tuition for the first month will be prorated from the start date.
Yes! We're happy to provide a hot meal, freshly prepared by Ki's School Lunches every day. Our monthly menu is designed with nutrition and variety in mind, meeting all components and quantity standards of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Breakfast and an afternoon snack are also included in the tuition.
Yes, part-time enrollment is available for our Toddler (18–36 months) and Preschool (3–5 years) programs. Tuition for part-time schedules is determined based on the number of days a week your child will attend.
Yes! We happily participate in the following fee assistance programs: CDA, YMC, CCA, and MCCYN. If you use one of these programs, you will be billed at a flat rate monthly based of the award from the subsidy.
You first need to apply to the subsidy program and get approved before your child's start date. Vision Trilingual Preschool is not involved in that process. Once approved, let us know and we will coordinate with your provider.
We offer a 10% discounts for families, i.e. parents who have more than one child in our care. The discount is applied to the tuition of the oldest sibling.
We are also proud to offer a 10% discount to active-duty military, law enforcement and healthcare workers.
Please note that only one discount can be applied per family, and it cannot be combined with subsidies.
Spanish, English and French are used daily through games, songs and vocabulary related to the monthly theme. The split is about 80% Spanish, 15% English, and 5% French, from the infant program to the preschool program.
Not at all. Research consistently shows that multilingual children don't get confused, they get an advantage. Children's brains are uniquely wired for language acquisition in the early years. Studies find that children raised with more than one language develop stronger memory, better focus, and more flexible thinking than their monolingual peers.
What can look like mixing languages is actually a normal and temporary part of the process, not a sign of confusion. And here's something reassuring: pediatricians recommend counting a child's total vocabulary across all languages. So a child who knows the word for "apple" in Spanish, English, and French knows three words, not one. At Vision Trilingual Preschool, those three languages are woven into daily life naturally, the way children learn best — through play, routine, and connection. Their brains are built for exactly this.
No, your child does not need to be potty-trained. We don't follow a one-size-fits-all potty training policy. Instead, we meet each child where they are developmentally and work hand-in-hand with parents to make the transition feel natural, positive, and pressure-free.
However, we kindly ask that you start the potty training process before your child joins the preschool program. Children can wear pull-ups at school, but no diapers.
In the infant program, the ratio is 1:4 (one caregiver for 4 infants).
In the toddler program, the ratio is 1:6.
In the preschool program, the ratio is 1:12.
When there are more children in a classroom, a qualified teacher will be helped by a teaching aide.
Your child's safety is our first priority. Here's what we have in place every day:
Secure entry. Our front door is access-code protected. Only authorized staff and approved family members can enter the building. There are no walk-ins.
Authorized pickup only. Only individuals you have pre-approved are permitted to pick up your child. We keep a photo ID on file for every authorized person, and our staff will verify identity at pickup. If someone unfamiliar arrives to collect your child, we will not release them without prior authorization from you — no exceptions.
Continuous camera monitoring. Every classroom is equipped with security cameras, monitored in real time by our administrative team throughout the day. Footage is recorded for security purposes and reviewed by staff as needed.
Emergency preparedness. Our team conducts regular drills for fire, earthquake, and active shooter scenarios so that in the unlikely event of an emergency, every staff member knows exactly what to do and your child is in practiced, confident hands.
Daily cleaning and sanitizing. All classroom equipment, surfaces, and shared materials are cleaned and sanitized daily to maintain a healthy environment for every child.
To keep your child's spot in their class, the entirety of the monthly tuition must be paid.
We highly recommend you bring all the items below the Friday prior to your start date. This helps us ensure all required paperwork is in order and avoids us having to spend a chunk of time doing it at drop off. It will make first day drop off go much more smoothly for everyone.
