We're so glad you're here. Enrolling at Vision Trilingual Preschool is a straightforward process, and we're with you every step of the way. Spots fill up, so if you're interested, the best first step is to come in for a visit and meet our team.
How enrollment works

Come in for a visit
Schedule a free tour and come meet our teachers and visit our classrooms. We'll take the time to learn about your child's needs, answer your questions, and make sure Vision Trilingual Preschool is the right fit for your family.

Choose your start date
Your child can start any day of the month based on availability in their assigned classroom. Tuition for the first month will be prorated from the start date.

Complete your child's intake forms
Before your child's first day, all required documents must be submitted through Brightwheel, our secure parent communication and documentation platform. This is a licensing requirement and ensures your child is fully registered and ready to go from day one. Don't worry, we'll walk you through the process and guide you through exactly what's needed.

Submit your first payment
Payment is due before your child's first day. After that, tuition is billed monthly. We also offer a bi-monthly payment option. Ask us about it during your visit.
Part-time enrollment
We understand that full-time care isn't the right fit for every family. Part-time enrollment is available for our Toddler (18–36 months) and Preschool (3–5 years) programs. Tuition for part-time schedules is determined based on the number of days a week your child will attend.
SUMMER ENROLLMENT AVAILABLE!
Vision Trilingual Preschool is open year-round, including summer. In need of childcare for the summer period only? We're here for you! We welcome new children ages 6 and under for summer enrollment.
Subsidies & financial assistance
Discounts
Need to enroll more than one child? We gladly offer a 10% discounts for families. The discount is applied to the tuition of the oldest sibling.
We are also proud to offer a 10% discount to active-duty service members, law enforcement and healthcare workers.
NOTE: Only one discount can be applied per family, and it cannot be combined with subsidies.
We want our school to be accessible to as many families as possible. We happily participate in the following fee assistance programs: CDA, YMCA, and MCCYN for military families (managed by Child Care Aware of America). The application and approval process is handled directly between you and the subsidy program — we are not involved in that process. If you are eligible for one of these childcare subsidies, you will be billed at a flat rate monthly based of the award from the subsidy. Once approved, simply notify us and we will coordinate with your provider.

The registration fee is $150 per child, or $250 per family when more than one child is enrolling.
Tuition is due before the first of the month. A 30-day written notice is required when withdrawing a child. Tuition is not prorated for absences, holidays or vacation periods.
